True, the family has other obligations so there will be no gathering this year. TNP has little interest in ‘The Pit’ forum here on the Dope. They don’t object to it but they just don’t go there. ---

I’m gonna say false but I’ve only really been exposed to the kind of cheap, mass produced stuff. Better quality meals from a real cook would probably get better results and I would be eager to sample it. TNP knows the difference between Cajun and Creole cuisine. ---

Yes, but the lines are too blurred to be of any real significance anymore. Creole is more likely to contain tomatoes and be served in an upscale restaurant. Cajun is more down-home and likely to contain fish that you caught yourself. If there is roadkill involved then it’s definitely cajun 🙂 TNP will be one of six or more people at the table for Christmas dinner. ---
