If you go into Windows Task Manager, the processes tab, and you click on CPU twice to organize them so you can see the top performers. It jumps all around, right, as new things kick in?

If you press the Control button (ctrl), it freezes it.

Cool. I did not know this. BTW, I just found out any of the TM displays will suspend updating while the ctl key is held down. I couldn’t find this in the help file.

This is a geeky one, but someone else out there probably uses ADB2.

This came from one of my peers at my job a couple of weeks ago, sent to a long list of very technical people who have literally used ADB2 every working day for the last 5 to 10+ years, none of which knew about it.

_Note: our screens will only display up to 1000 rows_

So it was with great amazement (and then great despair) when I watched Srikanth simply type “COUNT” on the command line to see how many rows met the search criteria.

According to the Hershey representative who was interviewed on Food Networks Unwrapped show, the classic Hershey wrapper is not brown, as everyone thinks, but maroon.
This isn’t super-recent, but I had been using DVDs for a very very long time when I learned that I could get subtitles by pressing the button labeled Subtitles, instead of going the long way 'round. Heh.
On our remote, the button is labeled “Titles” (it’s a small button) and FOR YEARS I never used it because I figured, duh, I already know the title of the movie, it was on the DVD case.

It’s really amazing to me that I can pass for a functioning adult with a job and everything.
