Well, it’s in quite a few more mainstream sources now too (places like NY Post and Daily Mail - so rags but not random Xitter posts). I imagine the major news sources will not report it until/unless confirmed by law enforcement publicly. Where are all the left wingers celebrating Kirk’s death that the Reich Wing has been masturbating about? I haven’t seen any. I didn’t know who Kirk was while he was alive but from what I’ve read, he was just a right wing nut job with a following. Now the talking heads are spouting the usual bullshit “it’s time for _both sides_ to tone down the rhetoric.” Fuck that shit. Only one side is trying to overthrow democracy, only one side speaks openly about denying “the other” the right to vote, to serve in the military, to marry, etc. If you talk about both sides, you’re legitimizing the extreme right by comparing it to a false image of the left. ---

He was also a shit-disturbing influencer with a lot of followers in whom he inculcated suspicion and hatred of the Roman Deep State. The historical Jesus was not the “son of God”, but the preponderance of evidence is that he did exist – part hippie, part anti-establishment radical, Jesus today would meet the same fate as the historical Jesus did more than 2000 years ago, except that crucifixion has gone out of style. He’d probably get lethal injection instead, if he didn’t get shot or lynched first by modern “Christians”. ---
