I am an atheist, but I like to imagine that if there was a Heaven people would arrive and be asked by their god, “How many did you drive away from me?”. That would be the Heaven far too many “Christians” deserve. ---

Empathy is a valid human emotion that is often used to guilt trip people into responding to things in less than constructive ways. It can be used as a club because it is a powerful emotion. Properly applied empathy will lead to dialogue that produces best outcomes both short and long term. It should not be used for political purposes. ---
