The internet is starting to do its thing. His mom had pictures of her toting rifles on her social media, and he dressed up as a right wing meme (that weird frog, in a jacket) for Halloween. I think one of his relatives had posted that protesters should be shot.
The discussion about this guy’s motivations is going to be fascinating. The right wing is going to be tied into such knots.
Just fyi, the Pepe (weird frog) in a jacket squatting is a subset of the slav squat, which has been around for a long time. He was probably not dressed as Pepe, just doing the slav squat meme in a more general way.

It might not seem possible, but Nick Fuentes is even worse than Charlie Kirk. Is there some deserted island where we can send all of these people who don’t want to live in a society with people who are different from them? The rest of us shouldn’t have to be around them.

What is really pissing me off is the growing number of RW posts on my social media feeds (FB & X) that are extremely indignant about people expressing happiness that Kirk is dead. For example: “If you find joy in this tragedy, you are exactly what’s wrong with the world.”
Which I would agree with. However, I have yet to see ANY posts rejoicing in the fact that Kirk is dead. And I doubt that these clowns are seeing any such posts either. Instead, as usual, they’re angry at a boogeyman that doesn’t exist.
So, will the father get the reward for turning him in?
They are very good at ignoring anything that conflicts with their version of reality. Including Trump’s years-long close friendship with Epstein. So yes, they will find a way to ignore this–maybe not that Charlie Kirk got shot, but that he didn’t get shot by the kind of person they want to blame for it.
There are plenty of celebratory posts on Reddit.
But…..the angle I’d use with right-wingers is, “Spare the crocodile tears; don’t pretend that there isn’t a great deal of celebration by you folks whenever a progressive is killed.”
