You could actually see how much he liked his use of the big word sphere so he had to repeat it. He was so proud of himself. My one complaint is Muir calling him President and not getting back to what would it actually look like to round up millions of people. He didn’t force trump to answer that in detail. Even though I think she is wiping the floor with him, this is still hard to watch. His face, his voice. So orange and whiny. ---

I really thought he was baiting Harris to quit the debate and walk out. Because he knew his ass was being handed to him. This is good comedy. ---

He’s already melted down. He’s gone from the debate-prep fake persona of sounding reasonable to an angry raging blowhard, while Harris maintains a calm and professional demeanor with a smile that occasionally breaks out into laughter at the Orange Blowhard. ---

One thing that I love that Harris is doing, it’s like she put together a list of everything bad about Trump and she’s finding a way to mention **EVERY BIT OF IT**. (You know, I bet that’s exactly what happened.) ---

An hour in, has Trump answered _any_ questions? He’s your drunken uncle at Thanksgiving, sticking to his canned grievances he’s been spouting for the last eight years. I love that he brought up ‘immigrants _eating your pets!_’ Talk about deranged. By contrast, Harris is coming off great. I love it when she laughs at him. Wow. I swore I wouldn’t watch but I keep dipping in and out, and good grief, but the Donald’s grimaces are something else. Harris is definitely getting under his raddled-looking skin. He looks awful, old, unhinged, and she’s strong, focused, doing beautifully subtle eyerolls and just enough laughs. ---

I admire you guys. My degree is in Politicsl Science so this should be something I’m watching intently, but I can’t stand the sight or sound of that…thing so I’m catching the commentary from the people with the stomach to watch. It sounds like it’s going exactly as expected. ---
