Harris was above all well-prepared and disciplined. She was sometimes not particularly responsive to the actual question starting from the first one but she hit most of the talking points she needed to: both in attack and in explaining her agenda. Trump was Trump. He was shouting, scowling and rambling for 90 minutes. I don’t think it will be effective with voters who are still making up their mind. ---
