I saw an interesting suggestion (on [Electoral-vote](https://www.electoral-vote.com/evp2022/Senate/Maps/Sep29.html#item-5)) that the Dems plus a handful of Rs (however many they need to get to 218) could elect the Cherokee delegate to Congress as Speaker. I’m sure many of you are thinking “What Cherokee delegate?” OK, there is no Cherokee delegate right now, But there is a provision in a treaty with the Chrerokee Nation that they get a non-voting delegate if Congress approves. Lately the Cherokees have been pushing to get that approval and have even nominated someone. Getting her elected Speaker would be a backdoor way of getting that approval. ---

It seems Trump is not waiting for indictments. My guess is he wants to start this early so if indictments do come he can call them a witch hunt. Fox probably pays better and is a lot easier. ---
