I just can’t understand why a majority of Americans voted for somebody to be their president who completely lacks any ethic qualities. Those who voted for him were not only white supremacists. How could you vote for a president who despises you?

A good friend posted that he ran into an undocumented worker that his son’s construction company occasionally gives work to (my friend does bookkeeping and errands for his son). The guy told him how excited he was that Trump won. When asked why, he said because Trump would do so much for the economy! He had no conception of what his fate was going to be. Likely his fate would have been the same under any administration nowadays, but just goes to show the mindset of people.

People seem to see only what they want to see.
