My first thought is that this probably helps him electorally.
Second thought is that future political violence is much more likely.

Yep, bloody right ear. News is showing replays now. This is speculation but it looks like somebody took a shot at him and missed. And he got winged on the right ear.

As of 5:30pm Central, it’s on MSNBC, Fox, and CNN; I had been watching one of my local stations’ newscast (WGN, Chicago), and they had a “breaking news” segment on it, with footage, probably 10 minutes ago (around 5:20pm Central).

I hate that man with every fiber of my being but my first thought was that I hoped he was okay.
The last thing we need is a **real** martyr rather than the fake one he pretends to be.
I also hope everyone else is okay and that they catch the shooter(s).

Same here, I am thinking inside job, especially if Trump’s wound turns out to be superficial. Trump will really be able to ramp up the violent rhetoric now and he will, immediately. Watch for a statement within the next few hours blaming Biden for this.
