He did have the adrenaline surge to stand there and try and keep talking and say fight and such. Lot of people wouldnt have done that. But yeah…I’ll bet now that the dust has settled and his aides are saying “Dude! Make that UFC appearance you were going to make tonight! Give the same speech Teddy Roosevelt did!” He’s saying “I don’t think i can stop shaking.” ---

That’s not really that surprising though. There were several snipers, Secret Service snipers, on roofs in the area and the local police might not be appraised of where they are, for OPSEC if nothing else. Those Secret Service snipers are supposed to be watching the roofs and distinguishing friend from foe, not local cops on the ground, though you would at least hope the info would be passed up the chain. ---

WTF? A gun gets into a rally, witnesses see a man with a rifle on a rooftop… Couldn’t be a hoax since SS killed the shooter (and others, injuries) Someone really fucked up in security. ---
