I read that he had no ID on him, and that they’re attempting to trace the gun. Have you read/seen something that says they’ve identified him, or are you speaking more hypothetically? ---

The angle on the (possible) bullet doesn’t look right to hit his ear, but several were fired and so it was likely a different one between the first and second shot. ---
