# Trump bloody after shots fired at a Trump Rally: Jul 13, 2024

**Moderating:**

While there may have been some confusion as this was a “Breaking News” style P&E thread, the above is inappropriate for either a P&E post on this subject or a Breaking News post. Considering the nature of the comments, I’d suggest it as a best fit for the Pit if @salinqmind1 wishes to continue the discussion as laid out. It’s also not a best practice to bump a 9 month old thread with an admission of not reading all the comments, especially when there were a half dozen moderator notes to avoid hijacks and speculation. Still, since there was a lot of room for confusion on this one, no warning is issued at this time.

Note - there was another thread specifically opened up at the time the thread was active for the Political Discussions as well:
