First, he tells bad jokes during what is supposed to be a solemn ceremony.
Then, he can’t figure out how a simple clasp works so he ties the ribbons together in a crude knot so that the medal almost choaks the recipient instead if resting on his upper chest.
WTF.

He must have never properly fastened a bra for a lady, same hidden hook and loop clasp. And of course he only has experience in ripping them off.
I can picture Trump tying a woman’s bra back on with a knot after he rapes her.

Loss of fine motor function is a common symptom of dementia.
Just throwing that out there.
