It is from a Mexican reality TV show. The more I think about it, the more likely it seems that a producer just told the couple to get under the sheets and pretend like they are having sex. But the thing is, 90% of the people who hear Trump say this are not actually going to go searching for it. They are going to assume that it is some nasty, dirty porn.
