Donald Trump jr. needs to be hauled in pronto for trying to intimidate a judge by posting pictures of his family. This is a mob tactic. We don’t tolerate it from generic mobsters - we should not tolerate it from Trump mobsters. ---

58 minutes in the courtroom. prosecutors entered social media posts into the record. asked that trump would not be able to speak to discovery. judge told lawyers to caution clients regarding inflammatory language. judge will keep watch over this issue. the indictment is out 16 pages. next hearing in december, possible trial in jan. ---

From 538 (Kaleigh Rogers) The indictment lays out each of the 34 counts of falsifying business records that Trump has been charged with. Basically, every time Trump made a payment to Cohen — allegedly to reimburse him for the hush money paid to Daniels — the check itself, the invoice from Cohen and the record in the company ledger is considered a separate count, where Trump is alleged to have illegally disguised the payment as a retainer fee, instead of reimbursement. ---
