He actually eats that much? Back when I ate such things, I’d have _one_ Big Mac, _one_ Filet-O-Fish, a small order of fries, and an unsweetened iced tea. That was plenty. It’s hard to imagine someone eating twice that. ---

On the rare occasions when i grab a meal at McDonald’s, it’s either a filet-o-fish and a small fries, or two filet-o-fish’s. But it’s pretty easy for me to imagine someone eating twice that much. ---

It’s been a long time, but I’d usually have one burger, one chocolate milkshake, and 1-2 servings of fries (usually because somebody else couldn’t finish theirs). ---

The McDonald’s near my house has a promo for 20 McNuggets for $6 (whereas a 10-piece McNugget is $6.39, don’t ask me to explain that because I can’t) and a coupon on the app for a free large fry with the purchase of a $1.49 large soda. So I’ll order that, eat half the nuggets in the restaurant with the fries and the soda, and take the other half of the nuggets home for a snack the next day. Maybe if I’m not in the mood for nuggets I’ll get a Big Mac no cheese instead, but one entree plus the fries (which I usually can’t eat all of) is all I need. And I’m half Trump’s age. His eating habits terrify me. ---

Being the pathologically competitive fella he is, he HAS to eat bigger stuff and more of it than anyone else. He has to WIN at eating just like he has to win at handshaking and everything else. People who only have one Big Mac, one Filet-O-Fish, SMALL fries (!), and an unsweetened tea are clearly LOSERS! /s ---

(Although i think he’s lost weight. GLP1?) ---

I know the Big Macs are the same size. (IIRC, they’ve always been made with two, 1/10 ounce patties.) There’s a meme floating around purportedly showing how Big Macs shrank over the years, but the image actually shows a regular Big Mac next to a Grand Big Mac. ---

As a big, neither fat nor skinny person, I’d be challenged to eat that amount unless I was really hungry. Occasionally I am that hungry. But these days, even if I could get the right toppings and I hadn’t eaten all day and I had run the previous day, I’d probably stop after half of it because it just isn’t that appetizing. ---

My wife and I eat out ~twice a week. I almost always have to get a to-go box. That’s a win. I’ve got another meal. ---
