I think the only way to properly cover that up is for him to withdraw from public appearances, and pretty much go into hiding. I can’t see how that would be bad. I mean, they could shoot him with stuff that temporarily perks him up and makes him functional, but I suspect they’ve already been doing that for a while now. ---

From a pure mental health for the rest of us perspective, not having to see or hear from him so much would be fine. But keeping his deterioration a secret while maintaining the trumpian MAGA agenda for as long as possible would be bad. One Doper, can’t remember who, even speculated that they could do AI broadcasts of trump once the real trump gets too decrepit to wheel out in front of a camera anymore. Sure, that’s a bit far-fetched, and they probably couldn’t get away with that for long, but look how much else trump and the trump admin has been able to get away with that would have seemed unthinkable, not that long ago. ---

The placement of the word _excellent_ says it all. It’s modifying the general word _health_, but not any of the _functions_ that support the idea of excellent health. I guess the word excellent had to appear somewhere in there or Donnie would have had a major tantrum. But yeah, that doc is on his way out. ---

His posts are still big solid blocks of text though- one thing not even ChatGPT can do, apparently, is break his rambling incoherent diatribes into sensible paragraphs. ---

There’s a more detailed medical report out on Trump from the estimable Dr. Barbabella, with some, uh, imaginative findings - like Trump being 6’3" (he may have been at one time, but that’s long past) and 238 pounds, which conveniently is one pound less than would put him in the obese range. He had _another_ coronary CT angiography (he just had one in December) which of course was just fine, and a weird “AI-enhanced” electrocardiogram which purportedly shows that he has the heart of a 65-year-old man (huh?).
