It’s definitely the seal of the state of Arkansas on the throw draped over that couch, so probably Camp David during the Clinton years. FWIW, I did a Tineye search and it didn’t yield any hits, so this photo was apparently not online before Trump tweeted it. It’s on Truth Social but not on his Twitter, so he probably tweeted it out himself instead of his usual social media handler doing it (which is increasingly uncommon these days). ---

I don’t disagree with you, but it would be WORK for them to translate the ‘writhing like a poisoned cockroach’ with the Hand of God. Images are powerful. Maybe not as powerful as cult-delusions, but pretty powerful. The cult requires Strength. Donald would have demonstrated a failure of Strength that would bother them, even if they did try to come up with inspirational Last Words from his groans.
