Good question. IANAL.
Here is a page that talks about the potential liability if AI posts some damaging and false information about someone:

This is further complicated by the fact that the AI isn’t creating the content, just choosing it to host on Yahoo. But that doesn’t necessarily shield Yahoo either.
Again, IANAL. It seems like a tricky subject and I’m not sure if that particular situation has ever been tested in court.

How did we end up in the timeline where we can’t have nice things? Trump, over the course of a week leaves compelling evidence all over the place that tells us he has had a significant stroke and then he pops back up in true see you next Tuesday fashion like a cartoon character that is immune to peril. Jesus Fucking Christ. Well, maybe like Jesus, a severe stroke will come like a thief in the night. All we can do is hope that it won’t take as long.

That one, I do understand. He did it to distract away from the new branch of the military we actually do need, the Cyber Force, because that’s where his boss is most effectively waging war against us.

Agreed. That said, she SA and SH male members at her gym to the point where the owner had to suspend her membership just to protect the male members. It’s just one of the points claimed by her spouse in her divorce… so… maybe if I just called her a fender-headed three-toed monster instead…?
