As mentioned many times before, Personnel is Policy. Now we know that the most important people Trump is choosing are the insider Reince Priebus (No swamp to drain here!) and Breitbart Bannon (Lets defend the confederate flag!). 4 years of Trump listening to the worst angels of his nature. It is like having the “let them eat cake” dark angel on his left shoulder and the racist and bigoted talking ideas coming from the even darkest angel on his right shoulder. ---

If there was any notion that Trump would reform his act after the election, hiring Bannon pretty much puts paid to that. It was bad enough that Trump hired Bannon for his campaign, but now he’ll be in the West Wing. A guy who didn’t even want his daughter in the same classroom as Jews. My father was Jewish. Much as I wish he were still in this world, I’m glad he didn’t live to see this day. ---

Anyhow, the title of this thread pisses me off. Trump IS a bad person by my ethics and moral standards. And no, I don’t have to make an effort to like him. I don’t like him and find him repulsive as a person. Even if by some miracles he does things that wind up a positive for the nation and/or the world I still have no obligation to like him as a person. ---
