On the other hand, I have heard all kinds of stories (mostly on NPR) where they interviewed Trump voters, both before and after the election, and many of them said “I don’t really think he will or can do all those things, I just want to shake things up because Washington is completely broken” or words to that effect. So maybe the faithful aren’t particularly rabid about particular programs, as they are about having things different. I’m afraid that’s what they’re going to get. ---

I agree that the victory tour is a fairly minor thing to quibble about on its face, but we were reliably informed in the past that [Mr. Trump couldn’t have the Trump University trial before the inauguration because he would be devoting “all his time and attention to the transition process.”](http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/trump-asks-to-postpone-trump-university-trial-until-after-inauguration-231287) I think it would be rather generous to call this… whatever it is, a part of the “transition process.” ---
