Trump is kind of an overgrown Joffrey, throwing tantrums whenever something doesn’t go his way, with Pence has his Tywin and Kellyanne Conway as Margaery Tyrell, reinterpreting his actions to make them seem less abhorrent than they actually are. All of which begs the question of when his Tyrion (Steve Bannon) is going to make a move, or who has the stones to take of the mantle as Olenna. When this is all done, we may welcome Angela Merkel when she gathers her army and brings her dragons across the Narrow Sea to invade…oh, the analogy kind of breaks down here. Never mind. Maybe my outrage-o-meter is miscalibrated but I’m not sure how being compared to a monster that was responsible for the holocaust is not an order of magnitude higher insult than being referred to as word that is commonly used both as a racial slur and as a term for endearment. I’ve never played a game of basketball where a player would pat you on the backside and say nice rebound my Hitler. And try for accuracy in your quoted slur of the current president. It’s Kenyan. ---
