"Earlier this week Trump [expressed support](https://www.cnn.com/2022/12/02/politics/donald-trump-january-6-rioters-support/index.html) for the rioters behind the deadly January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol, saying in a video played during a fundraiser that “People have been treated unconstitutionally in my opinion and very, very unfairly, and we’re going to get to the bottom of it.” I won’t hold my breath waiting for him to say anything actually specific. What a fucking douchebag. ---

The Constitution exists so that We can do whatever we need to against Them. The Founding Fathers (all men) wanted it that way. Going against We is going against the Constitution. We are We and They are They and They can never stop We. Tear down the Constitution so We can uphold the Constitution which protects We. See how easy that was? ---

I’ll just say what I frequently find myself saying: Trump appointed Delaware US Attorney Weiss to investigate Hunter Biden (not an elected official, it should be said). The Biden administration kept him on. The investigation is ongoing, and – apparently – is focused on a possible illegal gun and possible tax issues. Former US Attorney, Rudy Giuliani, had the laptop contents since at least October 2020, but – as is customary for Giuliani – provided nothing. No evidence of criminal wrongdoing by Joe or Hunter Biden. Rudy F’in Giuliani – the man who – until there’s risk of Perjury charges – will literally say _anything._ Compare and contrast that to: - The Ukraine phone call with Zelenskyy – blatant Bribery or Extortion (and not for the benefit of the country; just him) - The Georgia election call with Brad Raffensberger (attempting to circumvent the mechanisms of Democracy) - January 6th - The 448-page, two-volume Mueller Report – not what Barr’s fictional version said, not what the Senate Republicans said, but the evidence And I don’t give FuckWon about Hunter, and if there are truly any smoking guns that point to Joe, I say have at it. But … It seems that Trump and the MAGA Universe have a different interpretation of what constitutes _evidence_ and _probable cause_ than I do. And I’m sane, so I tend to go with my POV on these things. Yowza. Just … bat shit on top of more bat shit on top of more bat shit. Are we #WINNING yet?? ---
