Palin would be the puppet of the republican congress, whereas Trump would be a co-conspirator most of the time but not an absolute puppet. As imbecilic and hateful as the republican congress is, it is not as dangerous as Trump. ---

If you think birds are dinosaurs, do you also think humans are fish? Do you think animals are slime molds, or even bacteria? After you answer these questions with the aid of a dictionary, reread the Wiki article on evolution with your eyes open. ---

I’m going to swim against the very shallow stream here and pick Trump. Let me begin by saying that neither one can be trusted to shovel shit from one place to another. But Trump seems easily influenced by his betters and allowing them to inform his (lack of) knowledge/policy/positions. I have not seen anything in Palin that would lead me to think she has the capacity to realize she’s an idiot and allow others to do the thinking for her. She’ll dig in her cheap discount barn heels and burn the place down before admitting she’s out of her depth. ---

I also vote Trump, but for different reasons: before running for POTUS (which I maintained for some time was just him trolling GOP primary voters by getting them to support the craziest shit he could think of) he was a moderate guy. Not ideal, of course, but he didn’t seem crazy back then. Palin is either a true believer (terrifying) or just a less successful version of Trump. ---
