Something I’m wondering about: English has the word “immigrant,” and also the word “invader.” Why do we need two separate words, when they’re the same thing? ---

Knowing how he pays his bills, anyone who would be doing legal work on his behalf would do well to make sure he (or she) was drawing a hefty paycheck from him _during_ the process.
