Trumps a moron. We know that. NY hates him and laughs at him. It took him decades to figure that out. So he says he now lives in Florida. As much as I detest Trump, I very much doubt it was deliberate voter fraud.

What law conrols who can build a private dock there? I thought it was Florida state law that Trump is having a problem with. Also, it must be Florida law rather than Federal law that determines if Trump is a legal voter there.
This looks like it might be a tax problem. It doesn’t look like a voting fraud problem.
And/or (probably both) a zoning violation, or a contract violation.
Trump is a man of many wrongs.
Probably not voter fraud unless he tried to claim residence where no residence has been established and signed an affidavit to that effect - or tried to vote in two jurisdictions in the same election cycle.
