# Trump-proofing my nest egg

I steered clear of Tesla and I’ve steered clear of Palantir. As a result, I’ve lost out on a lot of potential for raking in the crazy money.

I’m okay with that. There’s still plenty of wild gambits out there to take, that make more sense. If you’re not part of the crazy, how do you know when the crazy is suddenly going to come to an end? And if you are part of the crazy…you definitely don’t know when the crazy is going to come to an end.

But I certainly wouldn’t have complained if I _had_ raked it in.
