Trumps lawyers argued that Pensacola is an appropriate district to file in because Simon & Schuster sell books there. Not so much a Crack team of lawyers as “on Crack” team of lawyers. ---

You can get jurisdiction over a defendant anywhere they do business (generally) but venue should have some nexus to the suit. ---
