We all know why people like **DerekMichaels00** do this really. As I said above, there is an obvious tension between many socially conservative people’s purported belief in “freedom”, and their desire to have everyone conform to their social preferences, by force of law if necessary.

They overcome the cognitive dissonance this creates by pretending that social non-conformance will be made mandatory, or otherwise somehow impinge upon them. By doing so they can frame their oppression of others as merely defence of their own freedom.

He is the fucking President and, like the rest of us, he simply does not give a shit about you.
