[The AP is reporting](http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/prospects-dim-for-vote-on-gop-health-bill-in-house/ar-BByCsRX?li=BBmkt5R&ocid=spartanntp) that they don’t have the votes, and it’s “increasingly unlikely” a vote will happen today. ---

Does anyone else find it disconcerting that Koch is [basically bribing politicians](http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/22/politics/kochs-reserve-fund-health-care/) for their votes on this? I mean, I get it. This stuff happens all the time but…never so blatantly. ---

I thought it would be pretty easy to craft a great substitute that everyone can agree on. However, despite my former rosy opinion, I just learned to my great surprise that health care is pretty complicated. ---
