Rape is a pre-existing condition that can lead to higher premiums, so is having a C-section, or surviving domestic violence.

Agreed on both points. I follow Matt Fuller and so should everyone who likes this stuff. He’s also funny!
What happened to the Republican platform plank that said that all legislation must be made available for reading on the Internet for three days prior to voting?
Somebody asked Darrell Issa what his stand was on the legislation, and he told them, “None of your business.”
Fuck. 216.
Those pigs are now singing “Na na na na hey hey hey good bye” on the House floor.
They will hear it sung to them next year.
I doubt it.
Trump told you months ago this was going to happen. That’s not good enough?

The GOP is supposed to be bussed to the WH rose garden for victory celebration. If the buses crash, are they covered?
Nah, never mind. They’re using short buses.
Psychic test: Can anyone guess which finger I’m holding up?
Now I’m reading it was the Dems singing it to the Pubs. Having that song be directed at Republican Congresscritters sits better with me than having Republican Congresscritters direct it at the healthcare of 24 million Americans.

All of the CA GOP voted for it. I’m surprised by that. I guess others looked more vulnerable.
As a reminder, put aside thinking that the Senate is more moderate therefore this can’t pass there. It all depends on politics. This isn’t about policy.
I wonder how many Republicans voted against it once they realized that it had enough votes to pass. Apparently, at least two did; the graphic on CNN shows 216 votes in favor, and 4 Republicans not voting, but eventually two of the four voted against it (one in favor, and one did not vote).
My guess? 20. If they had needed all of those votes, I think they probably could have gotten them, with the potential exception of Ros-Lehtinen. They did just enough to get just enough.
The House Republicans are flying home to bask in the loving approval of their constituents. Interesting times.
Personally I’d organize a lynch mob or two.
Policy-making solely as spite. I hope this soothes the little infant’s ego. Are we calling it Trumpdontcare or Trumpnocare?
They should have made sure to pass it by two votes. Now, each and every one of them was “the deciding vote”.
Every Republican who voted yes will have ads run against them pointing out that they voted to exempt themselves from the effects of this bill:
