[Judge rejects request to delay travel ban lawsuit](http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/13/politics/trump-delay-travel-ban-seattle/index.html) DOJ lawyers asked Judge Robart to postpone proceedings in federal district court. The judge denied the request and also said, “I’m a little surprised since the President said he wanted ‘to see you in court’, […] Are you confident that’s the argument you want to make?” That’s a real quote from the real judge. ---

A new order is reportedly imminent, but at least **Mrs. Siam Sam** managed to squeak in under the radar. She returned this morning from Thailand and encountered no hassles at Immigration. But Trump thinks an immigration ban is so desperately important, and yet he delays introducing a new one because he doesn’t want to disturb the good feelings from his speech to Congress. So in what passes for his mind, it is worth letting in a few terrorists before they can be locked out if it means he gets to bask in a little glory for an extra day or two. Huh. Interesting to say the least. ---

I wish he had to explain, why, if he thought so many terrorists would flood the country if they knew about the ban, why they haven’t taken advantage of the delay and flooded the country in the last few weeks. ---

Wouldn’t it be better to let Muslims and other undesirables come into the country, and _then arrest them on arrival_? Surely a missing dot-of-an-i or crossed-t could be found that would turn the visitor into an immigration criminal. Job Creators™ need more prisoners to make America Great Again™ via slave labor.
