Dr. Pinsky is an idiot. Sure, her thyroid medication is not the one I would choose but it’s not dangerous and there are many reasons why she might be on that particular blood thinner, not the least of which is that it is reversible if she were to have bleeding. Sure, her care may not be what I consider cutting edge but it isn’t necessarily wrong or dangerous. ---
