Just because some of his actions were ruled to be illegal doesn’t they were racist, or that the bulk of the people who the anti-illegal immigrant message appeals to are racist. Some are, most are not.

I don’t think there’s any question that Lewandowski grabbed her by the arm and pulled her out of the way. I also agree that this rises to the level of ‘battery’ under the law.

I also hate Trump with the white-hot passion of a thousand suns, and think that there are probably 50 million people in the U.S. who would make a better President, in case that matters.

But this really is pretty chickenshit stuff, and anyone who would bring charges against someone for this is either stunting, hunting for publicity, working a political angle, or just petty. It was a crowd, people are jostling around, and stuff happens. She has every right to charge the guy, and he may very well be a grade-A asshole (he sounds like it), but she’s still a jerk for going ahead with that, in my opinion.

The maintenance of a civil society requires that sometimes we look the other way when harmed, if the harm was small and the motives unclear. If we all sued or charged someone every time they technically violated some law, society would collapse. And crowds around presidential candidates are not safe spaces. If you want to be a reporter jostling around a candidate’s entourage, you’d better be able to take the jostling without losing your cool or running to the cops because you got a bruise on your forearm.

The perpetual and relentless media campaign by the Sheriff’s Office vilifying Hispanics in the press before the larger community comes to a crescendo when he personally promises to go after “illegals” not involved in any crimes. The targeted traffic stops not only ensnare this sector of the population, they utilize the additional punishment of longer than normal detentions. The sum result of this policing strategy is a campaign of general intimidation and a specific terrorization of the very people they are sworn to protect.

It seems that Trump has a problem by not noticing why one should move away from guys like Arpaio and his men, because otherwise Trump is only accepting and condoning what they are and do.

Arpaio and Trump are popular because they are acting on and promising to manifest the will of the many people who want less illegal immigrants to be present in the country. Establishment politicians pander to this sentiment way more than they act on it, so public figures are rewarded for transgressing the bounds of political correctness broadcast from the ivory towers when addressing the issue.

[BTW Bernie’s policies and endorsements don’t mach up with ACLU opinion on civil liberties either.](https://www.aclu.org/blog/fixing-citizens-united-will-break-constitution)IMO the ACLU is correct in both instances.

So if the ACLU is correct in the former it was indeed racism what was making that profiling possible, you were wrong.

And that is not political correctness, it is just morally correct to oppose guys like Arpaio, and his conjoined twin Trump.

OK, I’ll just go down the list before I get to my substantiated cites.

1. So it was the Bernie Bros who were throwing things at themselves? Umm nice try. Please provide proof that the Bernie Bros started it. Also include actual, you know, shots of Sanders supporters fighting.

2. Blocking ambulances? Really? OK, I can see how that compares to felony assault. Right. I’ll get to that.

3. Are you kidding me? That was a love tap. My 3-year old grandniece hits harder than that. But I’ll give you that one.

4. Funny, the only violence I saw there was on the part of the police. But you neglect to mention that. See? I actually fact check.

5. This one’s hilarious. It’s made by some sort of conservative interest group, as is flashed in the corner of the video, and the entirety of the evidence is a bunch of people jumping up and down and cheering with the word “Fight” drawn in large letters over the crowd, blocking any kind of view of the alleged fight. Cut to the cops taking away a black guy. That’s it. Well, the (supposedly) relevant part, anyway. Give me a break.

6. Dude, you’re really reaching. Blocking a road is not violent. If anything, it’s civil disobedience. Remember that?

7. Oh yeah that was really out of the blue, completely unprovoked. Btw, you do realize that invading another’s personal space in a belligerent manner (that would be the Trumpista) is justifiable cause for self-defense?

8. The horse was really a Trump supporter and took a dump on her shoes. Please.

OK, so those are your big examples of those violent BernieBros. OK, there are some that are ‘sort of’ violence. Give me a few minutes and I’ll post some real violence.

Remember, start with all the Trump protesters being violent at Bernie rallies.

And blocking a road is using force. Using force in the attempt to prevent the political assembly of thousands of people is way way way worse than any of the scuffles that you are going to come up with.

Look at the demeanor of the Trump supporters vs the protesters.

It is using force to prevent free assembly. If any of those protesters were ever forcefully blocked from attending one of their trans-gendered Mongolian intersectional white privilege hunter training course safe spaces, you can damn well bet that the actions would be labeled violent and racist, among many other things.

Well, I guess he also found about why witness testimony is not as reliable as many think.

We already do know that there are black supporters of Trump, it does not deny what Arpaio is doing and that the longer Trump does not denounce Arpaio the more Trump shows as an authoritarian that just wants the law to work just for him.

And one reason why I lose respect for the cop in this video.

Sorry, minor household catastrophe I had to deal with. Anyway, on to the cites:

And this one might take a while. There are 13 cites of Trumpista violence.

Several of those incidents were justified force used to remove trespassers who were obviously resisting being removed.

What’s left is one sucker punch by a [demented old cowboy](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GqnsbN0OeE) and a few scuffles. No comparison to even the once incident in Chicago where thousands of protesters violently swarmed on and shut down a Trump rally.

Thank you, Judge Hank.

I’m done. My patience with you has reached an end, at least for now.

There were several fights. One of the guys fighting also tried to charge and take over the podium and then violently resisted those trying to remove him. He was there looking for trouble, as were many of the other Bernie Bros there, obviously.

The protesters committed violence upon the police when the police tried to do their job and keep the road open.

The narrator. And the [signs, buttons, and hats](https://youtu.be/2RFqwWj5T8g?t=153).

Violence is not the only unacceptable use of force. Confining or blocking someone to keep them from going where they have a right to go is worse than slapping someone or spitting on them.

LOL you are defending the Trump supporter. You can see which one is in the wrong when you don’t realize that she is the Trumpaphobe.

She was arrested and charge with animal abuse, we can wait and see if the court thinks the evidence provided by the police is credible.
