I did just think of something he could do, if elected (don’t think it will happen, but there must be at least a one percent chance), to get Mexico to pay for the wall. I think you’re splitting hairs. I think if we had done what Wolfowitz (and Fleischer) suggested, Trump would not have the same complaint–but the lefty antiwar crowd would be howling for sure. ---

A couple unrelated Trump items I came across this morning: (1) A Facebook friend described him in the following way, which I found very witty and apropos: “I believe Donald Trump to be an imbecilic pile of hair animated solely by malice and ignorance.” (2) “The Don” is now in a [Twitter fight with Samuel L. Jackson](http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/donald-trump-meets-willing-adversary-samuel-l-jackson-n491531). He won’t, of course, pay any price for his obvious lies, but it’s just remarkable how petty he gets when you’d think he would have bigger fish to fry less than a month before the Iowa caucuses. ---
