# Trump's trial in NY for business fraud--why is there no jury?

It _could_ be just deliberations, or it could be the whole trial. In reality, it just doesn’t happen. I won’t say never, but I’ve never seen it. Courts don’t have the budget for it, and they don’t have the desire to piss off the jurors.

Yeah, absolutely. Their whole schtick is “lol look at these chucklefucks.” Nothing wrong with having a schtick so long as you aren’t spreading disinformation.
