# Trying to find name of a Christmas movie I saw years back

Not much to go on.

British movie, maybe from the mid-late 90s to early 00s. It was edgy yet comedic. The protagonist was a black actor who I believe I remember from…Eastenders? At the end he ended up telling of some party/person as they got their comeuppance, much to his satisfaction, as the song ‘Merry Christmas Everyone’ played ( song by Slade, but I recall the version in the movie sounded harder/heavier, more rocking )

It might be a UK Christmas special instead of a movie.
