Have you contacted either a Jewish Agency or Nefesh b’Nefesh shaliach and asked what you need to do? You can find them [here](http://www.nbn.org.il/aliyahpedia/government-offices/office-locations/901-shlichim-in-north-america-and-the-uk.html); there’s even one in Chicago.I’m sure he has all the information you need, or if not, he knows where to find it.
