I have never had this problem before. I am trying to print a form out, and instead of it printing when I click “print”, the document just go to “save as”. What is going on here? ---

Do you have the right printer selected? Is the “Save to file” checkbox in the print dialog unchecked? ---

If it’s not “Save to file”, you may also have a virtual PDF printer set as your default. What is the name of the Printer shown if you choose File \> Print? ---

Nevermind, I forgot that my computer does not recognize our new printer. ---

I found a fix: when i want to print a documentI select print the next dialog box opens asking me to save as pdf format i click change and an options box appears i select my printer and voila! its no longer asking me to save but to print!! hope this helps! btw…using windows 8.1 64-bit 🙂 ---
