# Trying to remember a late 80s arcade game

During a recent barroom discussion about our favorite arcade games, I completely blanked on the game I spent months on at the local pizza shop. You rode on the back of an Asian style dragon, the POV was from behind you. The bonus rounds consisted of you diving into as many trees and rocks and whatnot in a short amount of time. I think it was made by Sega. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks!

I think the game you’re thinking of is “Space Harrier,” which was a rail shooter with perspective behind your character. You don’t ride a dragon, although there are lots of Asian-style dragons in the game, and the bonus levels involve jumping into bushes and trees and whatnot.
