I haven’t been able to connect to my office computer since Wednesday. (Yes, I was on vacation, but still…) I have a feeling my password expired. Last night I sent an email to our receptionist since she starts work very early, and asked her to see if she can log on; and if not, to change my password. ---

So the receptionist was able to log on using my password. I still can’t. She restarted my PC at my desk, and I restarted my Mac here. No joy. Now I have a service request out to IT. ---

Are you using a program to connect, or a VPN? I connected via VPN, joined my home PC to the work domain, and I can remote into my work pc or any other computer at work. ---

I connect to my computer via VPN, and then use Microsoft Remote Desktop to see my computer. I contacted IT. They did an update Wednesday (the last day I was able to log on), and broke the VPN, Once they were made aware of the problem, it was resolved pretty quickly. ---
