# Turkeys are in trouble from a Virus

Fortunately, most of us don’t eat turkey eggs. Let’s hope they get this virus under control by mid-November.

Turkey gizzards are awesome. Unfortunately, have not found where to get say a pound or two at once. Chicken gizzards (or a hearts and gizzards combo pack) are just there on the local grocery supermarket shelf. Supermarkets, butchers, etc don’t carry Turkey gizzards in the same way. 😡
