Say you post replies to some really, really popular topics. You weren’t paying much attention, and the e-mail notification feature was turned On.

Is there any way to turn it Off?

I tried posting another response, and left the e-mail notice off, but that didn’t work.

I only log on after work, for a couple of hours, and today there were 116 messages in the in-box. 80 or so of them were from my good friend Webmaster.

It’s not a big deal, but is there a way to turn it off, once it’s been activated on a thread?

(I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be doing that anymore. Well, except for this one here.)

Been wondering about that myself.

This is a quick test to see how this works.
