I was unaware of this but that’s hilarious. Were they unaware that the N in NCIS stands for Naval?

Apparently not because I see the show actually had three titles. Its first title was Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service.

I don’t think that was clear enough. They should have called it Naval Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service That Is a Service in the Navy That Investigates Crimes.
