4. Star Trek: The Next Generation - “Descent, Part 1”
5. It’s Garry Shandling’s Show

Hard to pick a single episode, because Shandling and his cast broke the fourth wall in every episode. On at least one occasion, the audience did too—when Garry went out for some reason, the audience took over his condo, raiding his fridge, watching his TV, and so on.

6. The Simpsons - “Behind The Laughter”

> A parody documentary in the style of the show ‘Behind the Music’ uses clips from previous episodes to show how the Simpsons first became famous and the problems that the fame brought them, culminating in an acrimonious break-up. However they all get back together again to appear in a supposed awards show hosted by Willie Nelson but specifically designed to engineer their reunion. = IMDB

7. Fleabag - Episode 4

Fleabag, the character, would generally break the fourth wall to show her thoughts or feelings during an episode. In this episode, she acknowledges the camera during a scene and Hot Priest notices what’s happening and also looks at the camera to see what’s happening.

9. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air - “Where There’s a Will, There’s a Way: Part 1”
10. Roseanne - “Halloween [something]” (they are numbered, and I can’t figure out which one it is)
The season Lecy Goranson comes back, and Sarah Chalke leaves the role of Becky after 2 seasons, a young woman, played by Chalke, comes to the door trick-or-treating with two small children. She’s very nice, and after giving them candy, Roseanne says “What a sweet girl; I wish we had kids like her.”

**Episode of ANY show featuring someone who later became famous, but isn’t yet, in a major role.** Bonus points for kids or teens who became famous as adults.

1. _Cagney & Lacey_: s5;e1, 1985 “On the Street” – Kristy Swanson plays a teenage prostitute. (episode and year info not necessary-- I just included it because this one is old enough that I wanted to show how really young Swanson was)
