Sheldon, Howard, Raj, Amy, and Stuart, _The Big Bang Theory_ 5. Pete Campbell, _Mad Men_ 6. Daphne’s mom, _Frasier_ 7. Merle Dixon, _The Walking Dead_ 8. Howard Sprague, _The Andy Griffith Show_ Not because he was an over-the-top jerk or anything like that. Just because he was so aggressively _dull_. After watching a scene with him, I feel like I’ve just eaten a half dozen mayonnaise sandwiches on Wonder Bread. So…annoying to me, if not necessarily to the other characters. ---

Wesley Crusher, _Star Trek: The Next Generation_ 10. Dr. Katherine Pulaski, _Star Trek: The Next Generation_ In her very first episode, she’s late for a staff meeting, interrupts Picard, and mispronounces Data’s name without apologizing for it. She’s obnoxious and she remains so the rest of the season. Thank God she was only in Season 2. Pass. ---
