And for that matter, wasn’t Humphrey (#4) from a Disney cartoon that was originally a theatrical release (although it did turn up on TV later)?

So I’lll submit this bear – Paddington Bear, who was the subject of an animated series on BBC between 1976 and 1980 – and let someone else decide if that should replace either #4 / #6, or if it should become entry #7.
