Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills - created after the success of Power Rangers
Cybill - Americanized version of the UK’s Absolutely Fabulous
Sanford & Son - based on the British show Steptoe & Son
The Outer Limits (1963) - copied the formula of the more popular The Twilight Zone (1959)
Parker Lewis Can’t Lose - heavily inspired by Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
The Addams Family - copied from The Munsters
The Flintstones - copied from The Honeymooners
Also, I think it should be the other way around with the Munsters - Addams Family. Addams Family came first I believe (in the New Yorker Magazine).

The Flintstones - copied from The Honeymooners
The Honeymooners - copied from The Life of Riley,
a radio series and then a 6-season TV show starring Frankie Gleason as Riley. The creator of the series sued Gleason and the network, but settled out of court.
The Munsters copied the idea of a monster family from Charles Addams’ cartoons in the New Yorker. The Addams Family aired first, but went into production only after ABC learned about the Munsters going into production. They had already purchased the rights to the characters, but had to have Charles name them. It’s an iffy question.
