TV episodes that creatively shattered the 4th wall
The John Laroquette Show - "And the Heat Goes On
Community - “Anthropology 101”
Moonlighting - “Lunar Eclipse”
Star Trek: The Next Generation - “Descent, Part 1”
It’s Garry Shandling’s Show
Hard to pick a single episode, because Shandling and his cast broke the fourth wall in every episode. On at least one occasion, the audience did too—when Garry went out for some reason, the audience took over his condo, raiding his fridge, watching his TV, and so on.

The Simpsons - “Behind The Laughter”
A parody documentary in the style of the show ‘Behind the Music’ uses clips from previous episodes to show how the Simpsons first became famous and the problems that the fame brought them, culminating in an acrimonious break-up. However they all get back together again to appear in a supposed awards show hosted by Willie Nelson but specifically designed to engineer their reunion. = IMDB
